In Part 2 of a two part interview on Officebytes TV, Jenny-Lynn Georgiades, Director of Architectural and Design Support Services at Waldners Business Environments, offers entrepreneurs & small businesses insight into the current trend of furnishing the workspace with "collaborative" office furniture.

For me, having cubicles in the office are very useful for employees, because it would be easier for them to interact with their co-workers. Based on my observation, cubicles which have dividers are advantageous, because you'll not be easily distracted with any noise. Also, for me, meeting rooms in every office is very important for outsourcing ideas and discussing such plan. With that, employees can focus with the discussions.
